Delivery Methods

The College offers classes through the traditional structured method, through its innovative open learning method, via the interactive television system, and online. The fastest-growing delivery category is online coursework, which now accounts for roughly 10 percent of credit hour production. Strong enrollment is also reported in the Dual Enrollment programs in place at several high schools in the District.

A JWCC education includes top-quality instruction from highly qualified, caring instructors and hands-on experience through labs, clinicals, and internships. This combination prepares John Wood students to succeed in the world of work and/or transfer successfully to demanding four-year schools.
