$40In this session, Dr. Margie Williams PhD, RN, shares how you can incorporate mindfulness into your everyday life. In this interactive session, you will be introduced to relaxing and healing mindfulness techniques that can be done anywhere and by all ages. You will learn how it helps with calm, mental clarity and relaxation. This is a great class to learn how to relax during testing.
