Make you own authentic Italian pasta! From pasta sheets to ravioli to authentic fettuccine alfredo made in its original form without cream, you will never have to buy pasta again! Learn the basics of pasta making and how to make ravioli and flavored pastas. Walk away with an understanding how to pair sauces with different style of pasta. Please bring a chef knife & a couple of containers to take home food made in class.
