$50Tai Chi is a series of gentle, slow motion, connected movements that reduces stress and pain, improves mood and memory, as well as heart health and other chronic conditions. The Mayo Clinic, Harvard Medical School, The CDC, among others, recommend Tai Chi for general health and several chronic conditions.
