Job Description
HERE’S A SNAPSHOT:
To record the invoices and expenses generated at store level via computer data entry. To give support to store personnel on accounting issues and correspond with vendors on related issues.
RESPONSIBLITIES
- Entry and scanning/indexing of vendor invoices into accounting software
- Responsible for the invoicing side of a group of assigned stores
- Intake and distribution of store documents
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Clear communication with store team members and vendors
- Other duties as assigned
