Internship Position Description

Title:  Regulatory Affairs (RA) Intern

Position Purpose:  Under general supervision, provide support to the regulatory department to ensure maintenance and organization of regulatory files (electronic and paper) for proper tracking of information and archiving of regulated documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and update of regulatory correspondence files/logs, and submission archives
• Shadow RA personnel to learn product development processes in a real-world environment
• Participate in dossier preparation and submission

Education and Additional Requirements

• In process of earning a bachelor’s degree in science related field.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Reporting Relationships:  Reports to the RA Leaders and/or RA Coordinator

Accountabilities:  Accountable for following proper work instructions as outlined in the Regulatory Business Process and from training received from other RA personnel.  Accountable for following Phibro safety and procedures. This job description is not all inclusive however this will outline the primary functions and responsibilities required to fill the position of RA Intern.
