Job Description

We are looking for Part-Time employee (9:00AM – 2:30PM = 27.5 hours weekly) who has at least 10 years of experience in administration with an emphasis on bookkeeping skills, Inbound & Outbound shipping, order entry, invoicing, limited QuickBooks experience. The assistant will provide support to the front office staff with inventory entry and management, documenting receiving papers, and preparing customer orders. This position requires a mature, dedicated, ethical, and detail-oriented individual with excellent follow-through on projects. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and QuickBooks).
