Our client in Quincy, IL is seeking a full time, day shift Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be supporting our valued customers with placing, tracking and correcting orders. No cold calling required. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
What’s the Job?
- Provide exceptional customer service via telephone and email communication.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Assist customers with product information and support
- Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and ensure customer satisfaction
What’s Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
