Get into the holiday spirit with an enchanting evening of music at John Wood Community College’s Fine Arts Department Holiday Concert. Join us as talented area students fill the air with joy, performing a diverse mix of vocal and instrumental selections that are sure to delight all ages.
The concert will take place on Sunday, December 8, at 7:00 p.m. in the Mary Ellen Orr Auditorium, located in the Paul Heath Center on JWCC’s Quincy campus at 48th and Harrison.
Featuring performances from JWCC’s Concert Choir, Band, and Vocal Show Ensemble, and new String Quartet, the evening promises a festive and engaging showcase with something for everyone.
Under the direction of Quincy natives Dr. Steven Soebbing, fine arts and humanities department chair, Jessica Snider, band director, and Jillian Miller, choir director, this concert is a perfect way to celebrate the season with family and friends.


John Wood Community College is the educational link between business and community.
